PHASCA is a registered charity, which was established by an NHS professional in 1999 to promote the psychological, physical and social well-being of socially excluded communities in the London Borough of Haringey. The charity's project will deliver Boxfit, Basketball, Table tennis and Skipping to tackle obesity, isolation and mental health as well as social issues through a 40-week programme of 4 hours per week.
