Cleo was born from the desire to improve humanitarian action practices in Colombia and in general in Latin America and the Caribbean. They work with NGOs, corporations, cooperation agencies and foundations at a national and international level to develop or evaluate social innovation projects, including Social Rugby, which focuses on Peacebuilding in vulnerable communities in the cities of Northern Colombia where there is little state presence. CLEO work with children, young people, women victims of GBV and people deprived of their liberty, generating humanitarian cooperation.
