GOAL Framework
Laureus' Global Objectives And Learning (GOAL ) Framework is our systematic approach to measuring impact across the programmes we deliver and organisations we support. This framework is founded upon 6 Social Focus areas which are streams of work connected to the UN Sustainable development goals. These focus areas are supported by objectives programmes can prioritise, impact indicators they will measure as part of their programme delivery, and KPI's for Laureus to understand the impact we have in supporting these areas of change.
