Cambio de Paso, based in Mar del Plata, is a multi-sports programme, which focuses on the pillars of Education, Women & Girls and Peaceful Society. Its main objective is for the programme participants, through the systematic practice of rugby, to learn to abide by the rules and practice the values that such a sport demands. Cambio de Paso is a programme that operates based on interdisciplinary work. Teamwork is key for an organisation to be successful and survive over time. The programme focuses on developing strong grounds as a group to help achieve goals.
