FAIR STÄRKEN is dedicated to promoting civil courage, violence prevention, and democratic values, and is behind the funding program "COOL KIDS COLOGNE". The program provides sustainable, regular group activities for disadvantaged children in marginalized neighborhoods of Cologne. Nearly 80% of these children have a migration background and face frequent violence and discrimination. Through social training combined with movement games, and cognitive-behavioral exercises, the program aims to instill a positive self-image, improve concentration, and counteract discrimination and exclusion.
