Through socio-sports sessions, they strengthen fundamental values in children – such as respect, joy, responsibility, creativity, and teamwork. They will transfer their methodology of sport for development to 100 local female leaders to promote the deconstruction of stereotypes and promote gender equity. They also have a "lideresas" (female leader) programme to become role models and coaches.
