Savrayuk

Angelica Savrayuk is an Italian gymnast who has competed in two Olympic Games. She was part of the Italian team who finished fourth in the all-round event in 2008, going one better four years later in London. She was also part of the World Championship winning all-round team in 2010 and 2011.

Born in Ukraine, Angelica Savrayuk is a popular Italian rhythmic gymnast who was a member of the Italian team that won three successive Group All-around titles in the World Championships in Mie, Japan in 2009, Moscow in 2010 and Montpellier in 2011.
With team-mates Elisa Blanchi, Giulia Galtarossa, Elisa Santoni, Daniela Masseroni and Romina Laurito, she also won the Group Three Ribbons / Two Ropes title in 2009.
Angelica has competed in two Olympic Games: she and the Italian Group finished fourth in the All-around in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, then improved on that finish in London in 2012 with a bronze medal.
In her career she has also won five World Championship silver medals, plus two silver and three bronze European Championship medals.
Angelica, as a member of the Italian Air Force team, now travels throughout Italy doing exhibitions that promote rhythmic gymnastics. She has also published an autobiography.
