There are breakthrough seasons and then there are breakthrough seasons. St Louis Rams quarterback Kurt Warner began the 1999 season as second choice and ended it as NFL's MVP with 41 touchdown passes and throwing 4353 yards. Injury gave him a chance and he didn't look back, ending the season as SuperBowl winner and MVP.
