Ferrari won their fifth successive Constructors’ World Championship and their leading driver Michael Schumacher won a record sixth individual Formula One championship in 2003.
It was arguably their finest achievement as rule changes and strong challenges from McLaren, Williams and Renault made it one of the most open and entertaining championships for years. Sporting director Jean Todt has built a talented band of men around him at Ferrari including technical director Ross Brawn, designer Rory Byrne and engine expert Paolo Martinelli.
