Led by team principal Christian Horner, Red Bull secured an emotional Formula One Constructors’ World Championship in 2022, clinching the title one day after the death of owner Dietrich Mateschitz. It was Red Bull’s first constructors’ title since 2013 and ended an eight-year run of success fro mercedes. Max Verstappen recorded 15 Grand Prix wins on the way to his second straight drivers’ championship, while team-mate Sergio Perez won twice. It was Red Bull’s fifth constructors’ success, having won four times between 2010 and 2013.
