Beat Schwarzenbach won double gold at last year’s Open European Championships in Zurich/Neuchâtel -- in the road time trial and the track time trial – and finished second in the road race and the track pursuit.
He also won road time trial gold at the Swiss Championships in Neukirch and road race gold at the European Cup in the Czech Republic, ending the year ranked number one in the world for Class LC 3.
