Won their fifth Champions League in total, and their fourth in ten years, after defeating Juventus 3-1 in the final in Berlin. In a season of spectacular success under new manager Luis Enrique, Barcelona also achieved the Spanish domestic double of La Liga and Copa del Rey and won the Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. Strikers Lionel Messi, Neymar and new signing Luis Suarez scored 122 goals in all competitions in 2014/15 – the most in Spanish history. Messi and Neymar are both on the shortlist for the Ballon d’Or/World Player of the Year Award.
