Aged 19, the FC Barcelona Femení player won the FIFA Young Player Award at the 2023 Women’s World Cup after playing a significant part in Spain’s victory, scoring the winning goal in the quarter-final against the Netherlands and one goal in the 2-1 semi-final win over Sweden. She is the first player, man or woman, to have been in teams which won all three FIFA World Cups: the Women's World Cup, the Under 20 and Under 17. A good athlete, she won two gold medals in the 2019 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival in the 400 metres hurdles and medley relay.
